An alliance of Christ-centered, Bible-based,
and Spirit-led churches and Christian ministries located in
Santa Clara County and committed to a comprehensive approach to
community transformation. This effort is rooted in the theology
of the mission of the Kingdom of God that seeks to express the
Lordship of Jesus Christ over every aspect of life; personal,
social, educational, economic, and political. |

1. A relational network has been built between pastors in
the South Bay.
2. We launched a grass roots ministry to mobilize Christians to pray and
reach out to their neighbors (Lighthouses of Prayer). This prayer evangelism
initiative became a national movement sponsored by Mission America.
3. We inspired hundreds of churches in the other eight counties of the Bay
Area to unite around the vision of saturation prayer and saturation
evangelism for the entire San Francisco Bay Area (a ministry called Pray The
Bay).
4. We have worked together in several successful efforts to engage the
political processes of our city and county and have taken a united stand for
righteousness in government and against immoral legislation.
5. We united over 120 churches in a cooperative outreach initiative called
A.D. 2003 which was a partnership between Fuller Seminary, Alpha USA, and
Pray The Bay. We invited over a million people to dinner and an introduction
to the Alpha course.
6. We mobilized an army of over 7,000 believers to prayer walk the entire
cities of San Jose, Campbell, Milpitas, and other surrounding areas. Mayor
Ron Gonzales made an official declaration that is recorded in the history of
San Jose designating August 23, 2003 as "Prayer Walk San Jose Day".
7. We worked together on several "clean-up" days for the city of San Jose
and received recognition from the Mayor and the San Jose City Council.
8. For over seven years we produced a weekly radio program at KFAX 1100 AM
studios offering testimonies and information on how prayer was impacting the
communities of the Bay Area.
